DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
Designed, implemented, and tested* direct-mail pieces, newsletters,
and other promotional marketing materials for an international
franchise, and for contractors, retailers, credit unions, universities,
and high technology firms. Directed focus groups. Designed, developed,
and analyzed market surveys. Developed business plans and analyzed
dozens, also. Published more than two dozen articles in the Training
