William earned a B.S. degree in Psychology at Southwest Texas State University, attended the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and completed his MBA at Texas State University with an emphasis in Organizational Change and Management.

With over 21 years of management experience, William has worked in both small and large (Fortune 100 and 500) companies including Cole National Corporation, the Southland Corporation, and State Farm Insurance Companies.  William has a broad base of knowledge and training in Customer Service, Operations, Business Strategy, and Business Process Re-Engineering.
