Mrs. Torres Foley graduated from National American University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  She has nearly 25 years' experience in corporate training, business development, management, and human resources for both private and public entities.  Over the last several years, Magdalena owned her own business and continues to serve as an advisory member with former clients.
