Donna Eberhart is the Senior Certified Business Advisor for the Texas State Small Business Development Center (SBDC).  Her previous positions have included working in government procurement at the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority and the Corpus Christi Procurement Technical Assistance Center.  She has worked on both sides of the government desk: first as a government contracting officer and then as a small business advocate helping businesses sell to government agencies.

Growing up with her father who owned several small businesses before retiring a few years ago, she has an inside familiarity with the entrepreneurial environment.  In addition, both her brother and sister own small businesses: one in construction as a general contractor and one in entertainment as a storyteller.

Donna graduated from Rider University with a Bachelors Degree in Office Administration and a minor in Spanish.  Since joining the Texas State SBDC in March 1999, she has individually worked with more than 550 businesses in the Central Texas area.
