Dr. Caranikas earned her doctorate (PhD) in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University, and her masters’ degree in Public Administration (MPA) from The University at Albany SUNY. She has over 20 years experience in business research and human resources, including 5 years in human resource positions, and 8 years teaching human resource  management and business courses at the university level. Dr. Caranikas has expertise in survey research and data analysis, and recently operated her own consulting firm in the Austin area specializing in research analysis for educational organizations.
