Mr. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Edward’s University.  He spent 17 years with Dun & Bradstreet’s Customer Resource Center helping businesses of all sizes make more profitable decisions.  Gerald brings a wealth of customer service experience as well as extensive knowledge of business-to-business credit, collections and marketing.
