Dawn is the Senior Grant Secretary for the Texas State University-San Marcos Small Business Development Center.

As fiscal manager of the accounts she comes in with twelve years of financial experience working in a HEB superstore with weekly gross sales of one million plus and supervising up to fifteen employees.

With skills learned working with the Texas Legislative Council and then in joining the Texas State University Accounting Department in 2002 she is familiar with the rules governing state and federal expenditures. Dawn has budgeting and expenditure over all SBDC financial transactions. She also assists the Director with any special financial reporting requirements.

She joined the team in September 2004.
