Special Approval Request

MGT 4335

Follow all the instructions carefully.

Please use the instructions and form to request approval to enroll in MGT 4335.

You must be a graduating senior to enroll in this course and provide evidence to support this using your DARS output. If you have circumstances that need further explanation that support your DARS being deficient you must provide sufficient documentation regarding status in the comments section of the Special Approval Form. Please include your intended schedule for the semester requested.

1. Generate your degree audit report and save a copy of the file, you will attach a copy to the email in step 3.  To save the copy - click on file menu in your browser then click save as/page as.  Name the file with your last name and first name (example: doejohn). If you do not know how to generate a report then visit the Academic Advising Center’s website for instructions
2. Download Special Approval form and complete
3. Return both documents via email to management@txstate.edu with the subject line Special Approval Request MGT 4335 via your Texas State email account.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your request to be processed.

The special approval does not enroll a student in the course. You must still add the specific course at your designated registration time.
