Faculty in the Department of Marketing actively support and advise three student organizations, all of which have successful track records in gaining student involvement, contributing to the university and community, and succeeding at the highest levels of competition. These student organizations are a major component of the department's ongoing pride and tradition. The American Marketing Association (AMA), American Advertising Federation (AAF), and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) have received national recognition and are poised for continued growth and success. A list of student organizations sponsored through the McCoy College of Business Administration is listed here. Marketing majors, as well as other interested students, are encouraged to become actively engaged in student organizations. Engagement in these groups provides the opportunity for taking leadership roles, learning new ideas, enhancing communication skills, gaining contacts and mentors, hearing from experts, and affiliating with a chosen field and profession.
