Who We Are:

The Graduate Business Student Association (GBSA) is a student association comprised of Graduate Business & Accounting majors at Texas State.

Mission:

The purpose of GBSA is to create a networking community among graduate business students, by functioning as a forum and resource for professional development. We seek to maintain strong ties with Current Students, Graduate Business School Alumni, Faculty, Local Businesses, and the Community.

Where We Are Now

The GBSA is an organization that is growing in membership. Our goal is to increase membership by at least 15% per year. Our chief obstacles, and competitors, in the process of recruiting new members are both the minimal amount of time graduate students have to devote to extra-curricular activities, and the presence of other graduate student organizations. We intend to overcome these obstacles by offering high value-added opportunities, resources, and services to all GBSA members.
