Mr. Beierman graduated from our very own Texas State University in 2005 with an Organizational Communications degree. Upon graduation, Mr. Beierman began working for Stock Building Supply as a MIT (Manager In Training) in order to familiarize himself with the products and industry. After completing the MIT program, Mr. Beierman began working in inside sales with the hope of one day becoming an outside sales representative. However, Mr. Beierman quickly realized that sales was not a good fit for him and took a new career path within the company. Mr. Beierman accepted a mid-level manager position which turned out to be a perfect match for him. Currently, Mr. Beierman is happy with his job, and continues to learn more everyday about Wolseley’s processes and organizational direction.

We would also like to welcome Mr. Tyler Dixon, a member of the MIT program at Wolseley, to tonight’s meeting. Mr. Dixon graduated from Oklahoma State University in December of 2007 with a degree in Finance. He has been working with Wolseley since November and will begin Phase II of the MIT program next month.
