McCoy’s Building Supply Corporate Headquarters was the site of the McCoy & Honors Colleges Business Law class’ tour of the new, green building and the students’ education about McCoy’s green business approach. Ms. Meagan McCoy Jones, Director of Field Support, and Mr. Art Anderson, Vice President of Store Development & Asset Management, met with the sixteen members of the class and professor Dr. Janet Hale. In the 77,000 square foot building, natural lighting, LED lights, rubbish bins for single stream recycling, Top 500 Employees’ & Store Managers’ Walls of Fame, recycled fabric furniture, and drip irrigation with a retention pond were just a few illustrations of McCoy’s Building Supply’s global, green stewardship. |
