Membership on the McCoy College Assessment Committee and faculty serving as McCoy College Core Course Coordinators are listed on the Faculty Committees link.  The McCoy College Assessment Committee is responsible for all aspects of undergraduate BBA program assessment.  Every course required for the BBA degree has a Core Course Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating multi-section courses for curricula and assessment purposes.

The BBA Program Goals link has a detailed listing of curricular goals and the rotation of goals measured in core courses each year.  The Alignment Grid shows which specific goals are covered and assessed in each of the 13 core courses.

The Direct Assessment Results link provides reports compiled and published by the McCoy College Assessment Committee detailing the results of course embedded assessments.  Observations and recommendations of the Committee are provided for consideration of the faculty, the McCoy College Curriculum Committee, the College Council and other constituents.

The survey reports published by the Assessment Committee are available at the Indirect Assessment Results link.  These assessment results are derived from the Texas State University Alumni Survey, the McCoy College Graduating Senior Survey, the Employer Survey and the McCoy College Faculty Survey.  All published reports contain observations and recommendations of the Assessment Committee.

The General Reports link contains reports from the McCoy College Assessment Committee, the McCoy College Curriculum Committee and other reports pertaining to undergraduate curriculum and assessment in the McCoy College from designated task force and ad-hoc committees.

The Committee Meeting Minutes link includes minutes from each Assessment Committee meeting.  Minutes from the McCoy College General Faculty Meetings are also provided, and the sections from college meetings concerning assessment are highlighted in yellow.  Additional minutes and memos from departments or the McCoy College AACSB Coordinator relevant to assessment practices in the core courses are also included to show a longitudinal evolution of student learning outcome assessment.
