The Assessment Guide is the primary document for assessment processes and procedures in the College and should be the first document examined by those interested in our assessment program.  Section II – McCoy College of Business Administration includes the mission, vision and values of the McCoy College.   Section III – Assessment Programs includes information specific to the BBA program, department majors, the MBA program, the MAcy, and MSAIT which are specialized graduate programs.  Section IV – Assessment Processes details the assessment process for direct (course-embedded) assessment of student learning and indirect assessment processes used to corroborate the results of direct assessments.  Section V – Accreditation Requirements and FAQ elaborates on both AACSB-International and SACS requirements and includes frequently asked questions concerning assessment processes and procedures and is written specifically for McCoy College faculty
The Assessment Flowchart link contains two flowcharts used by the College.  The Assessment Flowchart shows the assessment process, and the Curriculum Flowchart shows the curricular improvement process.
The PowerPoint Presentation link contains the basic slides used for presentation of the College assessment program to internal and external constituents.

The full text of the AACSB-International standards for accreditation is included in the AACSB Learning Standards, and the sections pertinent to assessment and assurance of learning are highlighted in yellow in the document.

The full text of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools – Commission on Colleges - is included in SACS Standards.  The section pertinent to assessment of student learning is stated in an executive summary revision at the end of the document (standard 3.3.1).

The Assessment Policies links contain the two specific McCoy College Policy and Procedure Statements for planning, developing, monitoring and assessing undergraduate and graduate curricula.  All McCoy College Policy and Procedure Statements are available at http://www.business.txstate.edu/cba/policies/.
